You may cancel your booking at any time. If you cancel it within 14 days, we will refund your payment in full. However please note that after that time, we cannot guarantee to return your initial deposit or final payment after they have been paid unless we can re-sell your room. In these circumstances, we will do our very best to re-sell your room but we cannot guarantee to do so. Cancellation will be accepted either in writing or by e-mail from the person who originally submitted the booking form.
Those booking for this event are strongly recommended to take out holiday insurance with a reputable insurance company to cover payment of cancellation charges for the event itself and for any related travel/transportation costs. Such insurance is the sole responsibility of the individual.
In the event that the Austin Healey Club (AHC) is forced by circumstances, except Force Majeure, to cancel the event, then you will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to the AHC. In the event that cancellation is due to Force Majeure then the AHC shall have the right to deduct expenses and costs incurred as a direct result of the circumstances. In either case, the AHC shall not be liable for any consequential losses suffered by individuals.
