Friday 16th May - Saturday 17th May - Sunday 18th May

The next annual event from the Austin Healey Club will be very special.

It has been arranged to coincide with the 50th birthday of the Austin Healey Sprite and needless to say we are going to celebrate in style.

The Sprite was launched on 20th May 1958 and was an immediate success. Today the little Healey is as popular and as cheeky as ever, and the Austin Healey Club has put together a most appropriate golden anniversary celebration party for the cars and their owners!

The three days will be spent on the Goodwood estate of the Earl of March, where we have been fortunate enough to hire the historic Goodwood Motor Circuit for two whole track days on the Friday and Saturday, followed by a wonderful Sunday spent at Goodwood House.

The entire weekend is action packed with activities. All pre-booked Austin Healey drivers will be able to savour a few laps on the historic circuit and in between times enjoy the historic and special car displays, gymkhana, planned drives, a heritage display and trade outlets. Away from the Austin Healey theme, enjoy all the thrills of the fun-fair, live music, dance theatre, raffles and quiz's. Be prepared to dress for the occasion on the Saturday, when period dress is the order of the day with special prizes for the most appealing. Back on the Healey theme, be prepared for a parade of the historic cars, particularly the Sprites, driven by some very special guests.

While all the activities come to an end at the Circuit around 5pm on the Saturday, a couple of hours later at Goodwood House we have an evening under the Goodwood chandeliers for the Grand Ball Golden Celebration. A chance in a lifetime opportunity that is not to be missed!

As if that wasn't enough - On Sunday we offer a chance to drive at least part of the Festival of Speed hill and to either participate or admire the spectacle of the Concours d'Elegance situated on the Concourse outside Goodwood House. The annual awards will be supplemented by special keepsake prizes for the Sprite classes. What better than to sign off the weekend with a tour of the ancestral home and a cream tea out on the lawns !

This will be a very special weekend, so don't miss out on this one!
